Overview
SILOMPAT is an administrative certification system developed for Balai Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional (BPJN) Lampung. It manages the multi-stage evaluation process required for industrial asphalt and concrete production facilities across Lampung province.
Problem Solved
Replaced manual paper submissions and in-person document filing with an online evaluation workflow featuring digital document validation and certificate issuance.
Target Users
Construction contractors, certified field inspectors, and BPJN government officials.
System Architecture
Built using Next.js with server and client components, backed by PostgreSQL for structured data persistence and role-based access control.

- Developed the web application using Next.js, implementing dynamic multi-step submission forms with client-side validation.
- Engineered database schemas and role-based JWT authentication separating company applicants, field inspectors, and government approvers.
- Implemented document export pipelines for generating standardized certificates with verification QR codes.
- Collaborated directly with BPJN officials throughout a 10-month development and testing cycle until deployment.
